Welcome to Foundations Healing — where couples come to reconnect, repair, and grow.

Relationships shape us. They influence our sense of safety, our self-worth, and the way we move through the world. When they’re working, they give us strength. When they’re not, everything can feel harder.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Relationships Are Central to Who We Are

The people we choose to build our lives with have the power to shape us in profound ways. Our closest relationships — with partners, chosen family, and loved ones — impact how we see ourselves, how we cope with stress, and how we feel in our bodies.

When these relationships are strong, they bring joy, comfort, and meaning. But when there's disconnection, tension, or pain, it can feel like the ground beneath us is shifting.

No One Teaches Us How To Do This

None of us are born knowing how to navigate love, conflict, or emotional risk. Most of us weren’t taught how to stay connected during an argument, how to repair after a rupture, or how to speak our truth without hurting the person we love.

We spend years learning practical skills — but rarely are we shown how to build intimacy, express our needs, or trust someone enough to be seen.

What Therapy Can Offer

That’s where I come in.

In our work, we’ll slow down and explore what’s really happening beneath the surface. We'll practice listening differently — not just to each other, but to yourselves. You’ll learn how to speak clearly, handle conflict with more care, and build a relationship rooted in emotional safety and mutual respect.

My goal is simple: to help you nurture the kind of connection that feels solid, alive, and worth fighting for.

If you’re feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward — therapy can help. And it doesn’t have to start with big answers. It starts with one step.
