Couples Weekend Intensive

Therapy for a Stronger Bond

Do you ever feel like your relationship has lost its spark? Are you struggling to find the love and connection you once shared with your partner? You're not alone. Many couples face similar challenges, and the good news is that it's possible to reignite the flame and rediscover the love that brought you together.

Using the research-backed methods of the Gottman Institute, I will guide you and your partner through a transformative experience that will leave you feeling more connected and in love than ever before. In just one weekend, you'll have the chance to dive deep and learn the skills and techniques you need to build a stronger, more fulfilling relationship.

Faster progress. Total focus on each other.

Weekly marriage counseling can be a useful tool for improving relationships, but it can also be time-consuming and frustrating, especially for couples who are unable to attend sessions weekly. Many couples struggle with repetitive, escalating problems that can leave them feeling stuck and overwhelmed, and may not see much progress even after trying weekly therapy. These intensive retreats allow couples to take a break and focus on their relationship at a comfortable pace, with built-in breaks to allow for reflection and integration of new ideas.

Heal quickly by moving more slowly.

Imagine the relief of stepping away from the constant pressure of phone calls and emails, and slowing down to focus on your relationship. A couples weekend intensive offers just that – an extended period of counseling over the course of two days, designed to help you and your partner get to the root of any problems you may be facing. This intensive approach allows us to delve deeper and work towards lasting change, giving you the time and space you need to reconnect and rebuild your relationship.
